Altera denominação, dispõe sobre a reorganização da Secretaria da Educação e dá outras providências.

O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DE SANTA CATARINA, usando da competência privativa que lhe confere o artigo 93, itens I, III e XIX, da Constituição Estadual, e tendo em vista o disposto nos artigos 3º, 185, item II, 186 e 187, da Lei nº 5.089, de 30 de abril de 1975, com redação da Lei nº 5.516, de 20 de fevereiro de 1979,

Art. 1.

- A Secretaria da Educação, órgão integrante da estrutura básica da Administração Direta, passa a denominar-se Secretaria de Estado da Educação.

Art. 3.

- Ficam transformados, na estrutura organizacional básica da Secretaria de Estado da Educação, os cargos de provimento em comissão dos Grupos: Direção e Assessoramento Superior e Direção e Assessoramento Intermediário, constantes do Anexo Único, parte integrante deste Decreto.

§ 1º- Os cargos de provimento em comissão do Grupo: Direção e Assessoramento Superior, de Chefe da Divisão de Apoio Administrativo, nível PE-DASU-2, da Unidade de Coordenação Regional, ficam transformados em Assessor, de igual nível e Grupo.

§ 2º- Os cargos de provimento em comissão, do grupo: Direção e Assessoramento Intermediário de Assistente Técnico, nível PE-DASI-5, de Auxiliar de Contabilidade e de Auxiliar Financeiro, PE-DASI-4, ficam transformados em Assistente, de igual nível e Grupo, respectivamente.

Art. 4.

- A organização funcional e a competência dos órgãos previstos no artigo 2º deste Decreto serão definidos em regime interno a ser elaborado pela Secretaria de Estado da Educação em articulação com a Secretaria de Estado da Coordenação Geral e Planejamento – SEPLAN e aprovado pelo Chefe do Poder Executivo.

Parágrafo único– Os cargos de provimento em comissão dos grupos: Direção e Assessoramento Superior – DASU e Direção e Assessoramento Intermediário – DASI, bem como as funções de confiança do Grupo: Chefia e Assistência Subalterna – CAS, serão revistos de forma a permitir a sua adequada compatibilização hierárquica à nova estrutura organizacional básica.

Art. 5.

- Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
