O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DE RORAIMA
Faço saber que a Assembléia Legislativa aprovou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei e. Complementar:
[- · -1 § O servidor do quadro efetivo do Tribunal de Justiça ou cedido, investido em Cargo em Comissão, poderá optar pelo vencimento integral deste ou pela remuneração de seu cargo efetivo, acrescida de 65% (sessenta e cinco por cento) do vencimento do Cargo em Comissão.
