O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DE SANTA CATARINA, usando da competência privativa que lhe confere o art. 71, incisos I e III, da Constituição Estadual e o art. 5º, da Lei Complementar nº 81, de 10 de março de 1994,

Art. 1.

- Os Quadros de Pessoal e Quadros Lotacionais da Administração do Porto de São Francisco do Sul - APSFS, Departamento de Edificações e Obras Hidráulicas - DEOH, Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem - DER, Departamento de Transportes e Terminais Rodoviários - DETER, Imprensa Oficial do Estado de Santa Catarina - IOESC, Instituto de Previdência do Estado de Santa Catarina - IPESC, Junta Comercial do Estado de Santa Catarina - JUCESC, Fundação Catarinense de Desporto - FESPORTE, Fundação Catarinense de Cultura - FCC, Fundação Catarinense de Educação Especial - FCEE e Fundação do Meio Ambiente - FATMA, são fixados de acordo com os Grupos Ocupacionais, denominações e quantitativos de cargos de provimento efetivo e provimento em comissão constantes, respectivamente, dos Anexos I a XI, partes integrantes deste Decreto.
