Altera o art. 5º, do Decreto nº 387, de 23 de julho de 1999, que regulamenta o programa de estágio para estudante de estabelecimento de ensino superior, médio e de educação profissional, previsto na Lei nº 10.864, de 29 de julho de 1998, alterada pela Lei nº 11.120, de 28 de junho de 1999.
