Altera dispositivos da Lei nº 12.956, de 19 de dezembro de 2005, modificada pela Lei nº 17.333, de 30 de junho de 2021, e dá outras providências.
O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DE PERNAMBUCO:
Faço saber que a Assembleia Legislativa decretou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:
Art. 1.
O art. 37, caput, da Lei nº 12.956, de 19 de dezembro de 2005, passa a vigorar com a seguinte redação:
“
Art. 37.
s servidores do Ministério Público, inclusive à disposição neste Órgão, poderão receber auxílio-transporte a ser pago em pecúnia, no valor mensal a ser fixado por Portaria do Procurador-Geral de Justiça.” (NR)
Art. 2.
Ficam criadas 07 (sete) funções gratificadas de Assessor Ministerial de Membro do Ministério Público - Símbolo FGMP-4.
Art. 3.
As funções descritas no art. 2º desta Lei passarão a integrar o Anexo VIII da Lei nº 12.956, de 19 de dezembro de 2005.
Art. 4.
As despesas decorrentes da execução desta Lei correrão a conta das dotações orçamentárias próprias.
Art. 5.
Esta Lei entra em vigor na data da sua publicação.
