O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DE SANTA CATARINA, usando da competência privativa que lhe confere o artigo 71, incisos I e III, da Constituição Estadual e o art. 3°, da Lei Complementar n° 118, de 30 de maio de 1994,

DECRETA:

Art. 1.

- As tabelas de valores de vencimento e funções gratificadas dos servidores pertencentes aos Quadros de Pessoal dos órgãos da Administração Direta, Autarquias e Fundações do Poder Executivo Estadual e das categorias de serventuários de justiça, são fixadas em Unidade Real de Valor, observados os critérios estabelecidos pela Lei Complementar n° 118, de 30 de maio de 1994, conforme Anexos I a VIII, partes integrantes deste Decreto.

Art. 2.

- A partir de 1° de julho de 1994, as tabelas fixadas nos Anexos do presente Decreto passam a ser expressas em Reais, permanecendo inalterados seus respectivos valores.

Art. 3.

- Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.

Art. 4.

- Revogam-se as disposições em contrário.
