Declara de utilidade e necessidade pública para instituição de faixa de servidão administrativa para passagem de dutos subterrâneos do sistema de esgotamento sanitário, na Região Administrativa de Planaltina Distrito Federal.
O GOVERNADOR DO DISTRITO FEDERAL no uso das atribuições que lhe confere o artigo 100, inciso VII, da Lei orgânica do Distrito Federal, e tendo em vista o disposto nos artigos 5°, alínea “d”, 6° e 40, todos do Decreto-Lei no 3.365, de 21 de junho de 1941, DECRETA:
