Promove a revisão geral da remuneração dos servidores públicos, ativos e inativos, inclusive pensionistas, do Quadro III – Poder Judiciário do Estado do Ceará e dá outras providências.

O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DO CEARÁ

Faço saber que a Assembléia Legislativa decretou e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:

Art. 1.

Fica revista em índice único e geral a remuneração dos servidores públicos estaduais do Quadro III – Poder Judiciário, ativos e inativos, inclusive pensionistas, a partir de 1º de julho de 2006, na forma dos anexos I a III, partes integrantes desta Lei, e das demais disposições previstas neste diploma legal.

Parágrafo únicoOs valores das demais parcelas remuneratórias não indicadas nos anexos desta Lei serão revistos no mesmo índice único e geral aplicado àquelas.

Art. 2.

Ficam revistos os proventos dos servidores inativos do Quadro III – Poder Judiciário, inclusive dos Serventuários da Justiça, que em atividade não eram remunerados pelos cofres públicos, e as pensões provisórias de montepio pagas pelo Poder Judiciário aos beneficiários de servidores, no mesmo índice aplicado nesta Lei para os servidores em atividades.

Art. 3.

Incluídas todas as gratificações e vantagens, exceto o adicional de férias, a maior remuneração dos servidores públicos, ativos e inativos e seus pensionistas, do Poder Judiciário, não poderá ultrapassar o valor do subsídio mensal percebido por membro do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Ceará, ressalvadas as exceções constitucionalmente previstas.

Art. 4.

Os Advogados da Justiça Militar, titulares de cargo despadronizado, integrante do Quadro III – Poder Judiciário, passam a perceber a remuneração mensal de acordo com o anexo II, parte integrante desta Lei.

Art. 5.

As despesas decorrentes da execução desta Lei correrão por conta das dotações orçamentárias próprias do Poder Judiciário do Estado, que serão suplementadas se insuficientes.

Art. 6.

Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, salvo quanto aos efeitos financeiros que vigorarão a partir de 1º de julho de 2006.

Art. 7.

Revogam-se as disposições em contrário.
